Pretty much what the title states... it is Virtualbox Windows 7 installation, running on an Lubuntu 18.04 host.

I don't want to come off as filling a lazy bug report, it's just... I there isn't really much else to it!

Sorry for the late response. @emilBeBri I tried to reproduce this issue, but in my Windows 7 SP1 running in Virtualbox on Ubuntu 18.04 I can successfully install MKL. Are you still having issues?
