Proposal: TabGridView

Summary

Tabbed UI'are are of great use especially in tools like teminal

Apps like PowerShell ISE have this, whilst web browsers tend not to in my experience.

Rationale

More Dev and User choice in UI Layouts
Enables easier reshuffling of apps between different window sizes
would help close this issue in terminal
Can prevent having to waste time in scrolling to find the tab that you were looking for
