CJK characters are unclear when bolded in TabView #10169

Describe the bug

From https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/18175:

The default font in Simplified Chinese user environments is Microsoft Yahei UI. The current font weight causes the Chinese characters in the titles to be unclear.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Input CJK characters into a TabView's tab.
  2. Ensure that tab is the active tab
