I have no idea if y'all have any control over this but if y'all don't, it'd be appreciated if you told whoever does. I believe that Calculator and XAML Controls Gallery both have custom title bars.
It's strange that UWP apps don't have an animation for the caption buttons while the native win32 controls usually fade out when pointer hover ends. Then there's WPF and other UI frameworks that don't have any animation like some WinUI controls. What happened to the "reveal" effect?
