Proposal: Use standard slider for Media Player

Summary

As part of issue #524, we are making the slider's thumb be round. This was a huge difference between the Media Player and standard version of slider. Now that this differnce is not important, it is proposed that we make them consitent.

Rationale

• In an effort to remain consistent and cohesive across controls, we should update this item given the updates of the other slider design.
