Duplicate content delete on code documentaiton and mistake for a tranlsation which is not it was a completion. This pull request includes changes to the workshops/github-copilot/workshop.md file. The changes involve removing a section on code documentation, updating the text on automating text translation to completion, and adding a sentence to emphasize Copilot's ability to understand and explain code in natural language.
