Why did the firmware samples get deleted #114

https://github.com/microsoft/ms-tpm-20-ref/commit/ee21db0a941decd3cac67925ea3310873af60ab3 deleted all sample firmwares provided for the tpm implementation. Is there a reason ? or was it moved somewhere out of tree?
