This rolls to the release available at https://github.com/catchorg/Catch2/releases/tag/v2.13.10, and notably picks up a fix for non-constexpr MINSIGSTKSZ, which can break builds on Linux, as discussed in https://github.com/catchorg/Catch2/issues/2421.
