"Create Mobile service" window should be closed when user presses Esc Key #217

Environment: Windows/IntelliJ14 Steps: Right click on mobile services. Click create service. Create Mobile service window will open. Press Esc, it should close the current window.

This issue if fixed and the functionality is working as expected in the latest build.
