Plugin not showing error message when user has not signed in the Subscription but tries to create a new storage account #232

Environment: Windows/IntelliJ14

Steps: Clear the Subscription. Right Click storage. Click Create Storage Account. It should show the error message to the user that he needs to sign in to create a new storage account.

This issue is fixed and functionality is working as expected in the latest build.
