OK Button should not be the default button in Create blob container window unless user has given the name of the container #235

Environment: Windows/IntelliJ14

Steps: Sign in Subscription. Click Azure. Click storage. Expand a Storage Account. Right click on 'Blobs'. Select 'Create Blob Container'. 'Create Blob Container' window will be opened, the default button is 'ok' button. PFB the sceeen shot. defaultbutton

This issue is fixed and functionality is working as expected in the latest build.
