TFS 3093:Dependency file cleanup for IntelliJ

• remove activation-1.1.jar (although it shows up in the Azure POM, it is a runtime dependency that is unnecessary in Java 6+)
• remove azure-media-0.6.0.jar (we already have the 0.7 version)
• remove azure-serviceruntime-0.6.0.jar (we already have the 0.7 version)
• remove azure-tracing-util-0.6.0.jar (we already have the 0.7 version)
• upgrade commons-lang3-3.1.jar --> commons-lang3-3.3.2.jar (like Eclipse toolkit already has)
• remove commons-logging-1.1.1.jar (we already have the .3 version)
• remove gson-2.3.1.jar (as per Raj)
• add guava-12.0.1.jar (needed for app-insights, just like Eclipse already has)
• upgrade httpclient-4.3.1.jar --> httpclient-4.3.5.jar (like Eclipse already has)
• upgrade httpcore-4.3.jar --> httpcore-4.3.2.jar (like Eclipse already has)

Also, updated azure-storage to 2.2.0.
