Upgrading files as per eclipse release 2.7.0 #372

  1. Upgraded JARs as per Azure SDK 2.7.0 (Note as its public repository, I have ensured to remove dlls from .cspack.jar. Also WAStarterKitForJava.zip contains .cspack.jar without dlls. All JARs which are copied are not signed. So we are safe to merge these changes.)
  2. Upgraded application insights JARs to 1.0.0
  3. Upgraded componentsets and preferencesets to 2.7.0
  4. Upgraded license.txt and ThirdPartyNotices.txt
