GenSpamArtifacts.py: Add MmiEntrySpam.bin and debug files

Description

Adds MmiEntrySpam.bin and debug files to the spam artifacts.

For each item, place an "x" in between [ and ] if true. Example: [x]. (you can also check items in the GitHub UI)
