Break Readme into GitHub-Style Documentation #17

@mousetraps: You can check this out in my branch. I think this would address the concern raised in #15 (as well as #4).

Sounds good but I could not see any obvious links to other pages/sections in the Electron readme.md

I think this strikes a good balance between making content easier to navigate and not wanting to impose too much structure too soon so that we can give things a chance to evolve.
