Issues adding student

When does the issue occur? When adding students to courses in Moodle Test environment. (Not Production) Moodle version - 4.1.9 Plugin versions Microsoft 365 Integration - 4.1.6 local_o365- 2022112830

Multiple courses affected. PHP command executed - (php admin/cli/fix_course_sequence.php -c=* --fix) - No errors found. The courses appear on https://teams.microsoft.com/, but the student is not listed under Members. It displays the Educators and other students. The student has not appeared on https://entra.microsoft.com/ after a 24-hour wait.

Could you provide some more context/information about the issue please.

• Is the Moodle student user in question connected to the Microsoft account? (SELECT * FROM mdl_local_o365_objects WHERE type = 'user' AND moodleid = MOODLE_USER_ID;)
• Is the Moodle student user enrolled to the course?
• What role does the Moodle student user have in the course?
• Does the role have the "Team member" capability (local/o365:teammember)?
