Fixes for #60, #61, #64, and #65 #68

Fixed an issue with sending arrays that was causing a provider to hang. Issue #65 Fixed an issue assigning arrays to instances. Issue #64 Fixed an issue about signing values to string arrays. Issue #61 Fixed an issue that prevented setting Zero to real values. Issue #60
