Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit the URL "https://onnxruntime.ai/".
2. "ONNX Runtime" home page is appeared.
3. Tab till "Trusted by" section.
4. Now check that there is no pause, stop or hide options are not provided for scrolling links for "Trusted by".

Actual Results:

There is no pause, stop or hide options are not provided for scrolling links for "Trusted by". Note: Similar issue observed with heading middle content is automatically changed "Accelerated ---- Machine Learning".

Expected Results:

There should an option provided to pause/stop/hide for the scrolling content.

User Impact:

User will face difficulties to reach the scrolling content in a page.

Verified the issue in below environment. Application Name: WCP URLs - ONNX Runtime URL: https://onnxruntime.ai/ Edge version:125.0.2535.92 (Official build) (64-bit) OS: Windows 11 version 23H2

Issue is fixed. Hence the bug is closed. For reference attachment is added.
