How to Backup the Deployed and Customized Openedx Ficus which is in Azure Cloud #403

Dear Elton,

I have a query , could you please help me in giving out suggestions for this. We have created and deployed the Openedx Ficus version website , we have done the customization and also uploaded many courses into the site...now at this stage we want to keep the system safe and secured ...We want to keep the backup of the instances that are running in the Azure cloud you please suggest us on how to do backup of the configurations or VM's that are running in the Azure cloud.Please advice on this.

You can backup your VM as well as its data. We already have support for backing up the data to azure storage. You'd just need to backup your VM. Please consult Azure docs and try this first on your test environment before applying it to a production environment. I hope that helps...
