Some more details about that in the Teams Wiki.

I've finally tested by doing a full PGO training round which is supposed to cover at least several of the tools. Nothing bad detected.

The tools used by the actual PGO training (currently nginx and MariaDB) have not (yet) been moved to 64-bit.

Actually, only msys2 and its tools should be updated (at least for now). Applied as 51d2eaa4631a69979ef842149023bb467ce8e956.
