Fixes for bash scripts and lesson 1

• Fixed the whitespace issues in the python environment creation scripts
• Updated module 1:
  • Clarified language around deletion of resources
  • Replaced the "test locally" section with "monitor locally"

My only question: is there is any possibility that the red highlight in the iothub-monitor-output.png photo could be removed?

@Jen - I can change it to a different color, but I they're crossed out for security reasons.
