[BUG]: issue title #109

create a connection to Azure AD Sign in to create a connection to Azure AD.

To Reproduce

Go to flow where you imported(DeploySPLists) the packages to fix the flow. Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Notify users on new crisis communication news (GCC) FLOW
  2. Click on 'Azure AD'
  3. Sign in
  4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

In Teams, "add a custom app" does not appear in Teams under Apps on the left?
