Applications uploaded for review remain processing for hours/days #1172

Hi,

We deployed the code review tool as described into the documentation. Unfortunately for each msapp file we upload, the review remains processing for hours.. even days. So we are unable to use the CRT for now.

Any guidance to help us out? Thx!
