[Centre of Excellence - BUG]: Admin | Sync Template v3 (Flow Action Details) fails

Hello,

I am having trouble with a Centre of Excellence flow from Core components that fails at one step (see the description below). Does anyone have a suggestion for the solution to this problem?

Description: Error: Action 'Add_Action' failed

Admin | Sync Template v3 (Flow Action Details) fails at:

• Get Flow Action Details for this Flow - Add new flow action details - Apply to each action - If specialty action flag it, else add it

• action type action "@{if(contains(item()['Type'], 'ApiConnection'), coalesce(item()?['api']?['properties']?['displayname'], item()['Type']), item()['Type'])}" outputs equals Http or HttpWebhook --> this fails

• Version - 3.41

• App or Flow - Admin | Sync Template v3 (Flow Action Details)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Admin | Sync Template v3 (Flow Action Details)
2. Click on edit flow
3. Scroll down to Get Flow Action Details for this Flow
4. See error

Action should "Flag an action if it's specialty, else add it." if conditions are met.
