1.It's a developer environment that I installed the ArchetectureReview solution,
2.all online apps both app in or outside of solution are not working to generate reviewer
3.some with jobs, most of them without
4.the app I tried to submit is just simple blank canvas app with one screen and one text label

@SOMSGH Thanks for the update. It seems that the issue occurs when you select the app from the 'Select an app to review' grid, and you are able to receive the review response upon uploading the .msapp or solution zip file. Could you please confirm if my understanding is correct?

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I have installed the "Power Apps Review Solution" ver - 1.0.0.132. However I get the following error when creating a new review of web canvas app.
No 'Dataverse Solution' or '.msapp' files are provided in the Review. Try creating a new Review with either a valid Dataverse Solution or .msapp files.
It's only working when selecting upload an app/solution/msapp file.
Expected behavior able to review the web canvas app

Additional context checked issue https://github.com/microsoft/powerapps-tools/issues/1253, and followed the workaround but even at version 1.0.0.124, still having the same error, and not able to create new review for web canvas app.
