@lcliff91 - I don't think this is to do with the Creator kit. You will need to install a different solution which has a PCF component that is developed by Diana. Please see the highlighted link below.
I am on a long-term vacation so please expect delay in response.

Describe the bug I have the latest version of the Creator Kit installed (1.0.20230421.1). When I try to import the Security Risk Assessment solution, it fails due to a missing dependency.
