Installation of App fails (cab file for CanvasAppStrings is missing) #1270

The installation of the Hospital Emergency Response App fails with the following information:

EmergencyApp

I repeated the installation using AppSource and/or GitHub in various types of environments (Sandbox, Developer) and even in a newly created Trial environment - all with the same result.
