[BUG]: Admin App / Notification method doesn´t works

Describe the bug When you are configuring in the admin app, you can´t choose the notification method, because the card doesn't show the options

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'admin app'
2. Click on 'admin setting'
3. Scroll down to '.notification method, and try to select one option'
4. See error

Expected behavior See the tree options

Additional context If you no select a notification method, there impossible to go ahead with the app

This may occur if the SharePoint list connections have not been updated. Please see instructions here, and let us know if that resolves the issue.
