Create task to add group to workspace and pipeline #34

Implement tasks for Add-GroupToWorkspace and Add-GroupToPipeline. Duplicated code from Add-UserToWorkspace and Add-GrouToPipeline ensure backwards compatibility, preventing a breaking change.

@MahirDiab, are you considering PRs? The extension is currently quite limited, and this addition is something we would greatly appreciate. Before investing my time in implementing other features, I would like to know if it's worth the effort.
