Formatting settings revert to default when a slicer is applied #215

After some testing and experimenting I've come to the conclusion that the milestone formatting settings take reference / inherit from the formatting settings of the project in the last row.

A(n ugly) workaround hence exists in the form of 1) Appending a dummy project to your real data 2) Sorting the visualisation such that the dummy project appears as the last in the list 3) Reminding users to check the dummy project in the filter whenever they use it
