[Automation - BUG] Error setting up in GCC-High tenant #411

Describe the issue

I am unable to create connection settings, as our environments start with https://make.high.powerapps.us, not https://make.powerapps.com

Expected Behavior

I expected to be able to create this in a GCC High tenant.
