Related to investigation of #18 to allow optional upgrade deployment between existing installation of the Automation Kit and automate the upgrade process

Comments from office hours chat "guidance for maintaining this will be do all updates up until the "official" release? (guidance for the "other" CoE is update within 3 months to "be safe" as an upgrade or else risk complete reinstall ... following the same pattern? (3 months related to testing)"
