@TheSharePointProfessional are you referring to the datePicker modern control or the Calendar component in the Creator Kit? If modern control, please also submit this feedback using the in-studio feedback (thumbs up/down) option when the datePicker component is selected. We will also forward your feedback internally to the product team if you can confirm this is modern controls.

@TheSharePointProfessional can you please share screenshots of what you are seeing? There is no calendar flyout in Creator Kit, so if you can provide more details that would help us understand what's not working.
When using a date field in a custom themed app, the dater picker calendar flyout is not themed.
