Power portal extension in dev ops fails on Power Portal UploadPA Portal task #543

I'm having the same error as this https://github.com/microsoft/powerplatform-build-tools/issues/218

But in Upload task on the Release pipeline @MrRishabhJain if you can help me out on this issue.
