Updated usage of InspectionSettings factories to instances of InspectionSettings
Converted FoldingRanges & SemanticTokens helpers to Promise<Result<T, E>>, meaning it's async and exception safe
Added cancellation token usage to FoldingRanges & SemanticTokens

Abandoning this PR for a new one which reworks the Analysis/AnalysisBase layer.
