Discovery: Azure AI Studio seems to use SK 0.4.5dev instead of 0.4.7dev. This code works with 0.4.7dev and with the latest "plugins", but cannot be uploaded to AI Studio.

@journeyman-msft : We should keep to tool elsewhere or make it compatible with financial transcripts and keep it inside the financial transcript folder similar to vector-db tools.

by the way, does it need to follow the same description of the plugin? I gave : how many times 4 equals 8? and the result given was 2.5. The copilot gives 2 correctly.
