Updating to the latest pxt-common-packages and pxt-core #1078

Mainly doing this to get the melody editor. Important changes in this PR include:

  1. Added color package because lights now depends on it
  2. Updated codal-circuit-playground to version 2.0.0 (needs hardware testing)
  3. Changed the add/remove class APIs to the new ones that @jwunderl wrote
  4. Overrode the pins reference page because the one in PXT references pin D4 (which the CPX does not have)

The build is going to fail because it needs https://github.com/microsoft/pxt/pull/5815

@abchatra let me know what version to use for the stable pxt-core
