Speed Up Zooming with CTRL+Scroll #1089

Zooming with the CTRL+Scroll appears to be a lot slower than it is in other platforms like Arcade. If working with a big project this would be rather hard to deal with.

Zooming with the +/- keys is faster zooming but it takes a lot of clicks.
