Describe the bug Some Sprites blocks' help are empty

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta#editor 2.Click Sprites 3.Right-click 'help'

Expect behavior Shows help

Actual behavior Some Sprites blocks' help are empty 1

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 0.18.3 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.1.13

Originally, //% help= wasn't hooked up to the getters and setters for properties. I assume that is still the case @jwunderl, @riknoll ?
