Describe the bug Some blocks are invalid after switching to block editor in Snowy Slopes

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta 2.Community games->Snowy Slopes->Open in Editor

Expect behavior Everything should be ok after switching to block editor

Actual behavior Some blocks are invalid after switching to block editor in Snowy Slopes. error

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 0.18.3 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.1.13

This is fixed with https://github.com/microsoft/pxt/pull/7339, I think.
