Describe the bug Lack of Corgi block and all hints are wrong on tutorial Simple Extensions in Chinese

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.Switch to Chinese language 3.Tutorials---->Simple Extensions---->Start Tutorial 4.Click the hint

Expect behavior There should add the Corgi block and all hints are right.

Actual behavior Lack of Corgi block and all hints are wrong on tutorial Simple Extensions in Chinese Corgi

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 0.18.7 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.1.22
