Describe the bug iPad: Some block games is empty

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.Open every block games

Actual behavior Some block games is empty.(Falling Duck, Space Destroyer, Level Up, Memory, Catch )

Additional context 1.OS: iPad mini4 2.arcade version: 0.18.15 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.1.28

@Sheila111 can you please check live as well and see if this is a new bug in beta or not?

@abchatra Doesn't repro in live, so I think it's a new bug.

I can reproduce this bug whenever I have a Teams meeting running in the background. Only the on start block loads whenever I try to load any of the block games. I tried reproducing it without teams by running CPU stress testing software (Prime95) in the background with no luck.

HW: Surface Book 2 OS: Windows 20.04 Arcade Version: 1.0.16 MakeCode Version: 6.1.42

Took me a while to repro this, but was finally able to on a very old macbook. I think this is definitely perf related (will investigate)
