Describe the bug Paint tool beside the code missed

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.New Project 3.Drag sprite img of kind kind in Sprites 4.Drag set tilemap to tilemap in Scene

Expect behavior There shows a paint tool beside the code image

Actual behavior Paint tool beside the code missed. And tilemap tool exists. image

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.3.9 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.4.6
