Skillmap doesn't remember my progress within activity #2650

Describe the bug Exiting and re-entering an activity resets my progress.

Expected behavior I expected to pick up where I left off.

should be fixed with https://github.com/microsoft/pxt/pull/7693

deployed at arcade.makecode.com/skillmap, tested on Chrome, Edge and Safari, but please re-open if the issue is still happening!
