Can't restart the tutorial #2654

Describe the bug When I confirm I want to start a tutorial over, I see the first step modal for a second, and then it gets replaced with this screen image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. https://arcade.makecode.com/skillmap?debugCompleted=1#github:https://github.com/microsoft/pxt-skillmap-sample/blob/main/skillmap.md
  2. Do the 'restart', and confirm
  3. I see the "projectiles" modal, with a start button, but it gets dismssed even if I don't click it
