Restarting a tutorial doesn't give template code #2666

Describe the bug I restarted a tutorial, but none of the template code is there

I need to attach the status bar to mySprite, but nothing's there!

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. I completed everything with https://arcade.makecode.com/skillmap?debugCompleted=1#github:https://github.com/microsoft/pxt-skillmap-sample/blob/main/skillmap.md
  2. I restarted tutorial 4
  3. There's no game there :(

appears to be fixed with https://github.com/microsoft/pxt/pull/7698, reopen if issue returns
