Describe the bug Allowing students to "view" or "edit" code in Asphodel results in a bunch of blocks that are not stock and can very easily lead to people diagnosing our platform as "not for them". Once the casual user does this, they're unlikely to come back in the future without serious enticement.

I am closing this as we plan not to make changes to hour of code at this point of time.
