Describe the bug High contrast on takes too long to take effect

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.Click Settings----->High contrast on

Actual behavior High contrast on takes too long to take effect

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.3.20 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.7.2

@UnsignedArduino This issue happened in /beta. You can try https://arcade.makecode.com/beta#

I have to reload the page for the settings to take effect...

Yep, and if you don't reload the page, it takes too long to take effect.
