Beta editor removes tutorial instructions, and other tutorial from homepage #2751

Describe the bug Tutorial instructions disappear when Shark Attack Tutorial is opened in beta editor, then developer navigates to webpage.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Shark Attack Block Tutorial from homepage - (Somehow this opened up a Beta version of the code editor, and I have no idea why???.)
  2. Work through a few steps of the tutorial
  3. Navigate to a webpage outside MakeCode Arcade
  4. Return to Editor - Tutorial on top of screen has disappeared
  5. Return to homepage to find Tutorial starter
  6. Sidescroller Tutorial is gone

Expected behavior I expect to return back to the editor where the tutorial steps are still visible on the top of the screen. Additionally, I expect the Sidescroller tutorial to remain on the Arcade homepage.

Additional context I have no idea how the Beta Editor opened when I started the Shark Attack tutorial.

Going into Private Mode, the Sidescroller Tutorial reappers:

/beta & live doesn't work well side by side. They also use different home screen when we are launching new content. I am unable to reproduce this issue for now. We will keep an eye on this issue.

One way to avoid these issue is using /beta in private or in-cognito window.
