Describe the bug All tutorials can't open

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.Click any tutorials and any examples

Actual behavior All tutorials can't open. 1 The examples in Game Jam and Community Games is empty. 2

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.3.23 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.8.9

I can't repro this issue. @Sheila111 does this still repro?

@abchatra This issue just happened in arcade version 1.3.23 and has been fixed in the new version.
